Conscious Chocolate Organic, Vegan and Raw ‘Maca and Spirulina’
This is a beautiful bar that holds unusual ingredients in a creamy richness that is akin to an ‘earthy caramel’. Expertly blended with spices. This is an innovative bar with wild ingredients whose depth and balance of flavours are alchemy itself. In this bar we use some of our favourite and more unusual ingredients mixed with our Peruvian cacao. This bar is akin to a morning smoothie but all wrapped up in the form of a chocolate bar! We use Maca from the Peruvian Andes (the root of a plant grown at altitudes over 3500 metres), add spirulina, (which is a natural spiral shaped blue-green algae, cultivated on an Island in the South China sea and dried using natural spray evaporation which preserves its nutritional content), and we balance these earthy ingredients with organic vanilla powder from Madagascar. This is a deliciously smooth, creamy chocolate to both indulge and delight. Cacao solids 62% minimum.
