How soon will I receive my order?
We know what its like, you want your lovely new products asap! So, that’s why we want to get them to you ASAP.
We aim to get any orders placed up till 11am sent the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next day (except weekends and bank holidays in which case it will be the next working day).
Orders up to 2kg go via Royal Mail 2nd class.
Orders over 2kg go via next day courier (Highlands and Islands delivery may take a day longer as will orders sent outside of the UK)
How will my order be delivered?
If your order weights up to 2kg it will be delivered by your postie.
If it weighs over 2kg then in most cases it will be sent by 24 courier. You will need to make sure someone is home to receive the order or arrange a safe place for it to be left. Tracking numbers for courier deliveries are emailed when your order is dispatched so you can keep a beady eye on it as it speeds its way to you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for all customer orders (for mainland UK* ) over £50 is Free.
For orders that go via Royal mail shipping is £3.99
For orders that go via courier shipping is £5.99

What type of packaging do you use?
All our packaging is reusable, recyclable and bio degradable. We use kraft paper and corrugated card to in the box to protect your precious products from knocks and bumps.
Paper tape seals the boxes so they are fully recyclable.
Sometimes the best things come in small packages and for those we use little boxes or book boxes so they can also travel safely to you without needing excess packaging.
We try to reuse what we can, so your order may arrive in a box that has one of our suppliers’ names printed on it.
What if need to return an item?
Obviously we want you to be delighted with all the products that you get from us. So if there is something wrong with a product or you are not happy or you have ordered an incorrect item then please do get in touch via email@example.com and we will do all we can to get you back to being delighted.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We cry! Seriously though, we try really hard to make sure that your order is tucked up safe and sound for its journey to you. But very rarely things go wrong and an item may be damaged in transit. If this happens, don’t panic, simply contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do all in our power to put it right for you asap.
For large courier orders we may ask you for photo evidence of damage so that we can put a claim in with the courier.
We need to be notified of all damage claims within 48hrs of receipt.
Are any of the products tested on animals?
No, to the very best of our knowledge no products that we stock are tested on animals. All of our suppliers share our ethos and have strict rules regarding animal testing and cut offs. Most are certified cruelty free.
What is your stance on plastic? Why do you sell products in plastic?
The plastic crisis is very close to our hearts and we believe that using less plastic and being as plastic free in our lives is important. So we do stock a really wide range of wonderful plastic free products, and we will continue to source more to enable everyone to live a reduced plastic lifestyle (to view our full range of plastic free products please click HERE)
However, we also believe that the plastic crisis is not as simple as everyone giving up plastic tomorrow and that being that. Because what becomes of all the plastic that is already in existence? Which is why we also work with companies like Bio-D for example, whose products all come in plastic bottles that are made from 100% recycled (and recyclable) plastic. And who are working on introducing a closed loop system, so that bottles can be returned to them for recycling or refilling. View products HERE
Are your products Vegan?
Many of them are, but not all. For ease we have popped all products that are vegan in a dedicated vegan section of the site. (You will find also find them in the other relevant product categories, but amongst non-vegan products)
